Redwing shoes is selling heavy insulated lunch bags. This is a small one, another bigger has two cup holders hanging out the side, with space just for cup "ICE". But it would hang out to far. Added the great idea of a fellow Scooter here, to add eye hooks to rail; to use a net bungee on the lunchbag. There are nice plastic "quick clips", that would hook on the rail and let a bungee cord hook on them. Will add photo of them, trying to remember where I bought them.

Why not just get a net that has hooks big enough to hook over the rails you're bolting the eye hooks too????

Wayne's right, goto Aerostich and get their small net with the large hooks on it. There are others on the market at about half price but their hooks aren't as big, they're metal or coated whereas the Aerostich ones are heavy plastic. They hold up really well, I've carried stuff for over 20K miles and they look new. Besides hauling your lunch bag you can use them for lots of things. Like hauling your neighbor's cat around... Laughing emoticon

Differance of these "eye hooks", are a little secure in place with the rubber grommets. Other simple hooks and latches will tend to slide back, the bar is tilted up to the rear. Had the clamps already, so just thought of some other possible use for them. Have the similiar net also.

C'est la Vie... Glad you're satisfied, it will work in either case.

Those eyes are the cat's ass! I've never seen anything like them but will definitely have to do some searching. I've had plenty of trouble with hooks 'wandering' along grab rails when I bungie stuff down.

Guys,

Here's a couple more ideas to consider. Both work great and if you're given to making your own stuff the frame loops are pretty easy. The Luggage Loops are really over-the-top quality but then again so is your scoot.

LL75

Aerostich #9056 Luggage Loops - $15.00 per set of 4
" #9043 Frame Loops - $10.00 per half dozen, mixed sizes
