Motorsport Scooter's 2nd Annual Scooter Toy Run for The San Diego Center for Children
Play Santa for a day by giving toys to a great bunch of kids at the San Diego Center for Children.
Details
* Meet at Motorsport Scooters at 9:30 AM Sunday Dec 13th.
* Bring a new, unwrapped toy or gift for a child at the San Diego Center for Children. It doesn't have to be elaborate; simple is fine. Also, please keep in mind that many of the kids who live at the Center are between the ages of 8 and 18 and many of the older kids appreciate stuff too). Also, you can bring your gift before the day of the ride if you'd like; we will transport your gift on the day of the ride.
* Leave for the ride promptly at 10:30AM
* Arrive by noon at the San Diego Center for Children (3002 Armstrong Street).
If you don't have a scoot, or if it rains, no worries, just come to The Center around 12pm with a new toy and join us for some fun. There will be a few surprises, including milk & cookies and a free raffle (one ticket for each toy, or donate a dollar for more tickets). Cash donations are also tax deductible.
This is pretty cool event and we love to get as many of our friends involved as possible. The staff and kids at the Center usually get pretty excited to have us come by and the more scooters we have, the more excited they get!
