Nice area
Thank you for sharing the photos. I can see from the photos you are going to have lots of fun rides living in Chile. How you met any other scooterist living there?

dificult to find some in this area, as the Vespas are quite expensive for most of the people here.
In Stgo I had quite a bunch of people who had MV`s and Old Vespas.
I am member of the Vespaclub Santiago http://www.vespaclubsantiago.com/
so once a month we had a ride or did something. In the south of Chile where I am at the moment its raining 8 month of the year so its not easy to change from a Pickup truck to a Motorcicle an if, its just luxury and most of the people there wouldn't spent money in this fantastic way of transportation.
I am very much into long rides on the vespa, over the weekend, holydays, vacacions etc. between Christmas and New Year I will get all together 10 days to to ride and I am very much looking forward to that.
the pictures are from one of our last trips we made with the Vespaclub.
cheers
B.
Some pix from one of the rides, its quite a mixed group, scooters, old Vespas, modern Vespas

I was just in the middle of it and I did not like it.

I've lived in California my whole life, so I'm sort of used to them. But, you never get used to an 8.8!!! I can't imagine anybody liking being in the middle of something like that, but I'm glad you made it through.
