Modern Vespa

I can't believe my luck. I bought a new Vespa top case and the vendor either locked the keys inside the case (is that even possible?), or, the keys were lost in transit. In any case, Is there a way to open the case without a visit to the locksmith to see if the keys are in there. The vendor has not been much help so far.

Tell him you can not except the topcase without keys, get a refund. He will then help you.

It sounds like you already accepted the top case. The same thing "almost" happened to me and several knowledgeable people posted potentially helpful replies. Local locksmith: "Vespa topcase lock is top quality'
