Good morning,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this tool. I am contemplating buying one (at the right reasonable price of $29 on sale) to remove the bearing from the flywheel side of an early sprint motor (in conjunction with a little heat). The seal design on the flywheel side prevents one from drifting out the bearing like one apparently can do with a PX (as seen in the scootertechniques video).

Many thanks for any thoughts.

I have used their bearing separator and puller set (#93980) to remove bearings from the crank. Seems to work as well as the Piaggio extractor does.

Se my note in the other thread about flyside bearings and using a hot plate. Hot plates cost about $15.00.

Oops, my mistake-thought it was the bearing on the crank vs. the case.

Actually, we already own several hot plates. Thanks for the suggestion.
