Just wondered if anyone could say which model bike this came from and if it would fit my VBB.

that appears to be a fork for a sprint/super or rally.

it will not fit your vbb.

well, it will fit, it just won't be right.

no fork stops, wrong geometery, and the fender won't line up.

best,

I used a sprint/rally fork in my VNA with 10" sprint motor. The handling was a bit on the twitchy side as far as steering input goes, but not scary or dangerous. The rake can be adjusted slacker by using a shorter spacer at the top of the rear shock. I went longer to get the front and back ends level.

Can anyone confirm that the Sprint/Rally fork is the same as that for a GL150?
Thanks,
Nathaniel

it is not. the GL fork is unique to that model.

it will physically fit into the frame and your parts will attach. however, the front fender may not line up and coul actually hit the lower legshield.

it also will not have the proper steering stops and the lock mechanism will have to be sorted.

depending on the headset you have you may need to cut about 1" off the top of the fork and then cut a new slot for the headset pinch bolt.
