Heres a tool I fell in love with but using it at every fuel up is impossiable so I have this list I made up in my wallet. It's a little much but I'm anal about this kinda crap.

2% premix
Gas(Gallon) Oil(Ounces)
.25 .64

.75 1.92
1.00 2.56
1.25 3.20
1.50 3.84
1.75 4.48
2.00 5.12
2.25 5.76
2.50 6.4
2.75 7.04
3.00 7.68
3.25 8.32
3.50 8.96

You'll want a 2-stroke oil advertised for either "premix" or "made for both premix and injector type" - if you get an "injector only" 2-stroke it'll have a slightly different viscosity I believe than would be ideal. Otherwise... you can pretty much rock any 2-stroke oil you want as long as it's practical for a 50:1 ratio. I know a lot of people don't care on their old scoots, but I really recommend partially or fully synthetic 2T oil... it cuts the carbon buildup and smoke down like whoa. Less decoking of the top end and exhaust
