What would 100 octane do to a mp3?
Just curious!
Just waste your money. Octane is simply a measure of how easily the mixture ignites (a very simplified definition here of course). A lower octane ignites easier, a higher octane less so. With higher compression engines you need the resistance to igniting prematurely as the act of compressing the air fuel will heat it up. All you need is what you need. Unless you are borderline going to a higher octane provides no benefit.
