i was wondering if anyone had used a p200 clutch in there 05 px150? i was told that the cosa clutch was no good if you were running performance parts.

I have a 166kit with 24/24 carb.

also is it normal to hear the transmission spinning when the clutch is not engaged? the noise goes away once i pull the clutch in...its not super load but it is noticeable.

The gears are always in motion in the transmission when the clutch is engaged (clutch lever disengaged/not depressed). When in neutral the gears simply aren't connected to the driveshaft/axle

on me head son
i ran a polini in a t5 everything else was standard.... the clutch couldnt handle it and i did the rodeo at the red light take off ... ended up on my back with scoot ontop of me... and that was a heavy fullframe mk1

i always use cosa clutches now for that smooth pull away ... the best thing for kitted lumps i think

keep your stock cosa and get uprated springs and carbon plates.

if you're making serious power just band the basket and weld the rivets.
