Modern Vespa

I am in the process trying to find where the leak is in my cooling system on my 400. It is leaking right under where you put in the coolant. I have the wind shield off but really don't know how to get up to the plastic tank under the left handlebar. Is there a book that gives good examples or illustrations on how to dismantle the front of a mp3. Help I am down and cant ride.
