p200 emblem should have two posts that fit in holes on the side of your spare side cowl. there are two metal clips that attach to the posts on the emblem inside the cowl.

I got my P200E emblem from ASC and it came with 2 clips already on the little posts.

You can find the clips at a good hardware store (read: not home depot).
Look in the bulk fasteners section.

Cut the tips off if they're on there and glue it on. If you ever need to take them off run a length of dental floss between the emblem and the paint and it comes right off.

I would be absolutely astonished if that worked. They're just plastic.

Why not do it the way it was designed? Plenty of P's have kept their emblems on without a problem for decades. My '74 Rally still has the rear badge attached in this way and its not even loose after 36 years. The clips cost about a quarter at any decent local hardware store.
