Was looking for some Goldbond powder in Wally world and discovered they now carry Anti-Monkey Butt powder for about 3 bucks. Woot!

Great news for us, not so great for Aerostich - Item #1881 $7.00 plus shipping. I'm about out of MB so the timing for this is spot on. BTW I've also heard comments that it's no different than baby powder so if anyone's tried both I'd like to hear about it.

Thanks for sharing the find.

I can say baby powder works but have not tried MB. Interesting to read all the label claims on why each is better than the competiton.

Active ingredient is calamine
Anti Monkey Butt Powder claims to contain "talc or cornstarch which absorbs moisture. The calamine is an anti-itch and anti-chafing powder that soothes irritated skin, leaving you dry and comfortable."
Still unsure as to the differences amongst the different types -- Original, Lady, and Baby.

It's the calamine that makes the difference. A close runner up is Goldbond - what I was originally looking for.

You're probably right. I just came into my office and Amazing Grace with Paul Schwartz's gal is playing. I remember the first time I heard this when it made a huge impression on me. It was aboard the Yankee Clipper, a tall masted rig and we were sailing out of Granada. The sun was setting and we helped the crew set the sails. Almost everyone on board had tears in their eyes it was so emotional.

Such is life, eh? You guys don't now how damn lucky I am.
