Ideally yes but (generally) the 150 doesn't go fast enough to really require it unless the tire is extremely out of balance. I have NEVER seen this as an issue on the 150s with a decent tire. Usually speeds over 65 mph is where you need to be worried about balancing. If you ride it and it feels OK no problem. On a side note front tire balance is usually more important than rear.
