I did some more exploring and found that parchment paper might be the right solution for you, Jess. Just roll the dough out on the paper. You can slide the whole thing onto the stone. After it's cooked for a minute or two you can pull the paper out so the bottom crust will brown a little better. No need for cornmeal, semolina or anything else.
