Hi i have my first scooter which is a pk125s and it now needs a mot but the horn is stuck on and i have no brake light does anyone know what the problem could be here is a short video of the problem.

the horn switch is bad. i would open up the switch cover and pull off the wire for the horn, degrease and lightly sand the contact points. see if that works.
