Modern Vespa

I have had my GT200 just on 5 years.
We have sold our second car and now I have no alternative but to scoot to work every day. We are in the midst of one of our wettest winters ever and this morning it was pissing down. I got soaked riding to work but only on the outside, good wet gear prevailed.
I was looking at some of the cagers as I made my way through the stationary queues this morning and I clearly received a few sympathetic glances; ...'look at that poor b*stard on his scooter in all this rain'.
But you know what....
I was luvin' it!!!!

A Vespa ride a day keeps the Winter Blues away.

It rains almost all year round here .. i try not to ride in the rain .. but u are spot on .. not much beat the feeling of being able to slice through a stationery traffic jam ..

I to like it when I get to work take of the waterproofs and walk around all nice and dry while everybody else is soaked.

It funny just how wet people get going from their cars to the entrance 50 yards away.
