Apparently there are only a limited number of these being sold in the US. I just reserved the one that my local Vespa dealer ordered!

Posting my LXV-150 in the For Sale section today...sad to see her go but super excited about the new one coming!

No more Excalibur grey for the LX. I wonder how much different the Titanium grey is compared to Excalibur grey?

Judy - The picture sort of suggests that. The Excalibur grey is a pretty light coloured grey, but I wonder if Titanium is a little more towards the silvery end of the spectrum?

Isn't the new 300 color just the 300 SuperSport that had been previously announced? The "Super" decals on the lower cowl trim pieces (unique to that color among others in the lineup) sort of suggests it...

Those "Super" decals aren't on the ones sold in the US. They had to mount the stupid reflectors there and couldn't fit both. How dumb is that?!

I ordered a GTS300 SuperSport Titanium from my dealer and it took 5 days to receive it (comes into country and goes Atlanta distribution warehouse - then out to dealers from their).

love the matte grey finish... very cool.

Five days from Atlanta to my garage... no issues getting it.

snowtires - lucky you! Congratulations!

Mine's on order but likely won't get here until later in August. That's good and bad, I guess. Good because I still have to sell my LXV 150; Bad because I can't wait!!!

That Celeste Blue would look perfect with a nice Manchester City logo on it. Alas my carport only has room for my LXV and I don't want to sell its lovely little grey machine.

Some of the dealers have had these on their floors for a few weeks now.

I saw the espresso brown lx150 at my local dealer and it looks absolutely terrible. I do like the Titanium on the Super though, but still not as much as the white.

Looks like they finally did away with the solo seats on the 150S models too.

Excalibur grey is replaced by Cortina Grey, those are almost identical.

The Titanium is a dark satin grey.

They arrived in the USA without the Super sticker across the plastic cowl panels and without the ribbed seat.

i've seen the titanium in person at Scootech - it's a lovely mid-grey (for the photographers, almost a grey-card grey) with a slight satiny sheen - not quite matte. it looks like there is a very subtle fleck in it as well.

I think most people preferred them without the stickers anyway.

I saw the Titanium while in Vienna. It was nicer than I expected it to be. I'm not big on flat paint and I'd prefer it with a clear coat. I also saw flat black
Audis too, which I didn't love.

The new metallic brown colour is actually quite nice. I noticed that metallic brown seems to be a new in colour for cars too as many new cars are becoming available in with that colour option. Again, I saw a few metallic brown Vespas in Vienna, nice.

BENNY i noticed the cars in that color to but i don' like it. Must be the "in" color this year. Maybe one day i'll see the new colors in person. They look much different in person than on the web. Our "dealer" usually doesn't have many colors other than the staple ones (red, black, white) Altho jim got a midnight blue 200, and john a plum 200. I ordered mine sight unseen from Bobby in SB. It was prettier in person than the pic.

Anyone know if those "Super" decals are available separatly? I quite like the decals myself. Bummer on the seat, but I'd probably go Corbin anyways.

Judy, the metallic browns don't look great on the web, they do look much better IMHO in person, especially when the sun hits the paint. They can show a nice richness and depth that is lost on computer screen.

BENNY your probably right. Pictures on the web don't take into effect the metallic bits. Which IMHO make it look totally different than what's shown. I'm just not a fond lover of brown

Sorry, but me no like any of the new colors. The fact that they make them metallic or pearl kills it for me, and it started with the so-called vintage green. Bring back the original, flat pastel colors!

Nope... metallic black is the best!

There's only one scooter I can think of that looks good in a flat pastel color
and yours would not continue to look good
once it was appropriately garbed in flashy reflective decals

I see Siena as "ivory"
and I do not consider "white" or "ivory" to be pastel colors

Much cuter, and better color-coordinated with your shopping bag.

Okay... the color *is* better

Edit:
But matching the tp wrapping to anything else
negates the point of the picture--mine is a hard working Vespa, :-}

Lots of flat black and flat white cars here... most of them are 'wraps' (just like the advertising wraps on busses, Smart cars etc.) to save the paint on exotic/high-end rental and lease vehicles.

I really do think Vespa should use some of their exact vintage 60s and 70s colors more. I don't like the metallics.

Traditionally, during bad economic times ... "light and happy" colours tend to disappear from consumer products and darker tones (like brown, mustard, avacado green, etc.) emerge. I don't know if manufacturers do it on purpose or if some sort of "mass bummer" takes hold on a global scale, sending designers into some kind of dark funk.

Personally, I don't like these dark, earthy colours and am hoping that "happier and more expressive colours" will return soon! Black doesn't qualify in this group as it is a standard colour (or void if you prefer) ... popular in all consumer products.

Looks awesome - although may be as hard to maintain as the new BMW with a similar paint deal.

I was surprised to see the S150 in orange as that to me is close to a vintage type color and it looks great too.
