I seem to have a few left over after getting Adidas mostly back together. I have some torx screws and some philips. I will probably figure it out tomorrow morning as I had to go inside because the mosquitoes are having a feast outside and in my garage now.

Asking a few quick questions (not that it is extremely important) but I want it to go back together exactly how it came apart.

1. Is the large screw inside the glove-box that holds most of the glove-box assembly a philips head screw or torx? I'm talking about the single large one directly next to the latch assembly.

2. Are the large screws in the pics below torx or philips?

3. in the tail pic below are the screws supposed to be torx or philips head?

the bolt that is inside the g'box assy is phillips and black oxide coated-- it has a shoulder on it and is very short-- the shortest off all the screws of that type.

the three that hold the rear fender on and the sides of the foot board are also black oxide phillips, however, some have shoulders and some do not.

the two with the shoulders hold the footboard sides, the three without shoulders hold on the rear fender.

the torx screws are probably for your foot pegs or rear rack mounting, this will be bright zinc plated.

best,
-greasy

p.s. put your plate frame on the rear fender before installing it on the bike. this will make your life much easier.

Wait something is still funky

I put a little picture of everything I have. These were all of the large screws I took out. I didn't have any other large screws besides these in the dis-assembly.

I see 8 missing but according to your post before the proper ones don't fit, especially the glove-box. I never mis-matched any of these in the past.

one missing in the glovebox
one on the cowl in the battery compartment in the back next to the hold down
2 on the sides for the floorpan next to the passenger pegs.
3 for the tailpiece
1 for tail lamp

I know this doesn't help but believe it or not...
Two of those screws look just like the ones that are going to be missing next time I take my scoot apart.
