Modern Vespa

Hello MV members in the Capital District.

I am trying to get a group together to meet and go for rides in the Albany area.

Anyone interested please send a reply and I will add you to the mailing list.

Our first ride/meeting will be held Sunday, August 29th at 11:00 a.m. (The location has yet to be determined because I am trying to consider where attending members are located). Therefore, in your email please let me know your location.

Yes! I need to get a scooter- (vintage vespa) I'm working on deciding whether or not I should start a project or I should buy from some of these venders I've been looking at. I live in the North Albany/Menands area. I might have something by August. I can't wait to hear from you!

Aloha and welcome to the forum GHILL. This thread is old and i don't know if that scooter club is still around but SAIKO isn't. I know Peter at Vespa Schenectady has rides etc. Give him a shout and see what's up. I see him every time i head back east. Nice guy and he sure does love Vespa's. He recently sent me a email with all the vespa's that had been in movies, with pics. 8) I know he sells newer Vespa's but might be able to help you on a vintage. I'm sure the rides have both vintage and automatic. Good luck
