I started an interchange list of common service parts on the MP3-400 page in the MV Wiki:

MP3 400

So far it's just the oil filter and headlight bulbs.

(Moderators: If there is a better place for that info, please advise and I'll move it, thanks.)

Thanks for the article Dan but you didn't put it in the correct place. You need to create a new page and then link to it by altering one of the front pages. The Wiki is not completely intuitive but is fairly straightforward once you get the hang of it.

I've done that for you....EDIT actually, no I haven't as the article creation in the Wiki is broken. Off to sort that out. I'll post back here when successful.

Well I'm making a mess now.

Tried to create a new Wiki article. Get this message:

========================
General Error

Error in posting

DEBUG MODE

UPDATE phpbb_users SET user_posts = user_posts + 1 WHERE user_id =

Line : 486
File : functions_post.php
========================

and then it creates a post instead. Now I have several automatically generated posts over in the wiki forum that should be deleted, plus the one with the parts interchange info. (Don't delete that one!)

Dan, I did mention in my post that the Wiki is broken. That's why you're getting that message. I am a Wiki Moderator. I have let Jess know and he is working on a fix. As soon as it is sorted I'll let you know...

Yeah, I saw your post but assumed it would be some easy, quickie fix and it would be safe to create an article today. Sorry for the mess.

Also, spark plugs added.

Don't worry, no mess. It is now fixed. Go ahead, create, and I'll clean up the mess!

got some info to add

Rear brake assembly is from a Gilera DNA 50/180cc

Front brakes are of the Vespa LX / GTx Series

The NGK CR9EKB can also be used

Good info, Maksor, but the FP3 460cc LT (same as LT 500 ie?) is probably different enough from the MP3 400 as to deserve its own article.

mine is original a 400ie

and i even used the cr9ekb when it was a 400 for a stalling problem, but the valves where the problem then

After converting to a 460cc, it started to stall again, i put back the 9 and it doesn't stall anymore

the Euro 3 norm (emission law) is the problem, it's running lean
