maybe reporting that the seller is trying to sell it outside of ebay would attract more of a response.

The ad on Hemmings ( https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/dealer/vespa/150/2567873.html ) is identical and clearly states 101 miles but the black-faced speedo picture on the Hemmings listing shows 162.
I mean, what else can we supposed to believe from this guy ?

That's because the second-lowest-mileage Vespa in the world has, coincidentally, 102 miles on the odometer.
