No, they are claimed to be "erra correct". This means that they are correct for an early 2000's import from Viet Nam with all the typical errors or 'erras' if you're from Boston. These definitely meet the test.

Yes the ones in the link are in the UK but we constantly see bodges in the US too. I can't believe they are being brought in one by one. The money would be in bringing them in a container at a time. Either way, I would think there are some sort of laws regarding importing them to the US at all?

I doubt there is any regulation. I was able to import 2 as personal from Italy. Business people probably can do a bunch at once.

According to my friend who talked to the seller, Vin on frame was read as VLB1TXXXX. Seller refused to send pic of engine VIN.

In addition to that, wheel hub chrome, fuel cap chrome and famous Piaggio license plate frame, chrome legshield logo frame. High chance this is a fake SS.

What are you talking about? most of these high price bodges are looking much shinier than most of our scoots here. All my scoots have dusty original paint.
