I've been around these type machines most of my career. They've really advanced to teh point some of them can take a CAD drawing and generate the instructions to operate the machine - I assume this is one of those. Not quite sure how the tool change is accomplished - this one did not show that part. I worked with one machine that had a giant carousel containing the tools. If you've ever played HALO that would be a good mental image. The setup sheet specified which tools got loaded into which slot - the machine could then select and change its own tools. Pretty cool stuff.
