Is there some kind of fuel cleaner I can pour into the gas tank? The gas is about a couple of months old in the tank.

If I need to drain teh gas...how do I do that?

Thanks!

SeaFoam and a double dose of it if your having problems. Found at auto, marine and WalMart stores. Stuff is great but it's getting expensive here. 11 bucks a btl I put it in every new tank of gas since my scooter isn't ridden everyday. good luck.

Hate to ask again. It sounds like my Vespa is about to turn over but then it doesn't.

With this vague description, do you think I just need a charge?

I've played with the kill switch and revved it up to no avial. vespa is only a year and a half old and only has 475 miles on it (I know..I know...).

The blinkers work when I turn it on and the gas tank is half full, but it has been sitting still for a month due to work and other annoyances in life.

I want AAA towing it to Vespa as a last resort. Being Asain I cant do anything mechanical but if you have a computer p[roblem...well, cant do that either. Ah well.

Definitely charge that battery! Hopefully it won't have been permanently damaged from being left in a low state of charge for so long.

GOSHI as Jim says change the battery. The stock ones suck if you don't use your scooter enough. I had to replace mine with a better one back in '08 because i travel a lot and the bike sets (don't tender it) and now it works better with a good battery. That said on my LT which never gets tendered i got 6yrs out of that battery Go figure. BTW you can get a gas siphoning kit from any auto shop i think. I've got one in my emergency kit in the trunk of my car I guess the company that made the kits thought stealing gas was easier than walking to a gas station with a gas can Laughing emoticon
