It's tipping down here, so rather than go outside and get wet looking on my GTV, I thought my fellow MVers might know where I will find the frame and engine numbers on the GT60 I am going to pick up tomorrow? Naturally I will want to check these are in order before handing over my hard earned cash...

That'd be just super!

Best,

Mark

Frame number is stamped on the rear crossbar just under the seat when you remove the pet carrier. engine number is on the engine transmission cover side opposite to the transmission dipstick, look up from underneath.

Thanks DougL. Not getting the comment re engine number, probably because I'm stoopid - aren't the engine transmission cover and transmission dipstick on the same side of the scooter? Are you saying it is beneath the transmission dipstick?

Thanks very much.
