I have a 1963 Vespa 125. I got it a few months ago, but I'm not completely sure of its origins. It looks completely legitimate, and I'm fairly sure of it, but I have my doubts. Not restored, but in good shape. Engine has been worked on quite extensively, though. Any tips on how to find out whether it's a bodge or not?

Also, tips on adding extra mirrors/things to this model?

Also also, here's a picture I took a while ago. I've since replaced the speedo cover, which was completely cracked.

the spare tire cover and blanking plate for the keyhole (I think that's what that thing is?) look suspicious to me. What makes you even question if it is a bodge or not? More photos will help.

Solid headset and that speedo it is a vnb .Also the lock . I don't see bodge a all . Look at the letters on you're engine case . Vnb as with vbb has the screw hole for a spare tire .

the vba was the earlier model of the vbb 1958-60 there were subtle differences like the tailight and shit. its a 63 or later vnb cause it ain't a roundtail and its got a square speedo all vbb's have a clamshell. its got some bodgy shit on it but not alot overall so idk without seeing more detailed pics.
