How much is an MP3 supposed to be able to lean when the tilt lock is on? While I was out on my road trip, at one time, I stopped and locked the front wheels together, like I always do. Before I got off, though, it started leaning to one side. I quickly put my feet down because it felt like it was going to fall over. After a few degrees of movement, it stopped. Ever since then, it's done the same thing. Even when locked, it will move a little. It doesn't seem like it's enough to cause problems, but I don't remember it doing this before...

Don't know what the factory acceptance spec is, but the play in mine is no more than the flexing of the tires. Millimeters. Isn't this essentially a brake applied to the trapazoidal cross member, theoretically zero slack?

Mine had some play when it went out. My problem was electrical but also topped off the reservoir with DOT 4. It seems to have a little bit of play now -- not as much as it did but a little. Before, it had none. The mechanic said to work it side to side to get any air out of the lines. It might be yours is getting low and needs fluid.

Have owned three 3-wheelers. No 'play' on any of the the suspension locks.

Thanks, everyone. That's what I thought, but I just wanted to get confirmation that I wasn't losing my mind. Well, I might be losing my mind, but at least that's not a symptom...

I've got my 6000 mile service on Saturday, so I'll definitely mention it to the mechanic. Since I don't know enough or have the right tools (yet) to do it myself, I'm just taking it in to the dealer for work. And then it's in their service computer, too...
