I just received a new GTS Powerplug unit from Motorsport Scooters (great outfit to do business with, I might add), and the instructions leave me puzzled. In an earlier MV thread, i found a neat and very simple way to install a powerplug, using two wires, positive and ground, to the existing white connector under the lefthand knee pad. The unit I received included installation instructions that involved removing the horn cover and fishing wires through the scooter's structure. The unit also came with an additional set of wires that are not explained in the instructions. WTF? I can see the point of the in-line fuse, but I'm a bit wary of poking wires through the scooter's viscera. Can someone please simplify this whole process for this technologically challenged individual?
