Has anyone had trouble putting in Dr Pulley weights in a 250? Based on the stock size chart, I tried installing a set of 21-17's in my scoot. They don't seem to fit, getting wedged in the slot. As a matter of fact, when I tried checking the width with a micrometer, I noticed that three of the six weights had spots that were slightly wider. Now, it IS possible I ordered the wrong size, but if it isn't, I was wondering if anybody had the same issue.

Thought the 250 used 11-13 gram weights and the part number didn't start with 21.

Send Paul at Dr Pulley an email paul@unionmaterial.com he'll set you straight.
And if those are 17 grams weights for a 500, I'll buy them from you, I need a set.

Make sure the quantity is correct. 6 in 250, 8 in 400/500 I believe.

The part number is 2117-13g. My understanding is that's the right one. I will shoot out an email. Thanks for the link.

BTW, Fuzzy, the washer is in! I have noticed a bit of an improvement. Thanks.

SR2117 is the correct part number for the 250. The actual size is 20.9 X 17. At 13 grams it will give you stock performance, only smoother. That's what I put in the MP3 250 I was riding last year.

If I'm not mistaken the 500 takes 8 SR2517 weights.
