Vespa px disc braking noise

When I use the front disc brake I can hear a strange noise like metal is rubbing. I'm not sure whether it is the dampers or brake pads. How can I tell?

I had the same noise promblem,

I changed Pad but it had a nosie .

Then, changed disk. DONE!!
