I wish you had posted this earlier. That would undoubtedly be the most useful.

But, seriously, thanks everyone for their insights and recommendations. I decided to buy both of the Felo screwdrivers I pictured in one of my earlier posts and a Picquic Multique, as well. They looked so good I wanted to try them all.

I ended up putting the shorter Felo in my Vespa toolkit, the long shaft Felo in my workshop and keeping the Picquic in the house. I think I'm going to like them all.

A feature of the Felos I really like is the powerful magnets they have, not only in the tips, but also in the bit storage area.

The Picquic has a really nice bit storage system and they all fit snugly, but not too tight, in the handle. I hadn't read the description well enough, though, and didn't realize that this is a little smaller screwdriver than I expected it to be. The bits are 3/16" as opposed to the 1/4" I thought I was getting. The handle is a little small for my hand, as well. But, I think for general use around the house it will be adequate.

All of these screwdrivers appear to be very well made, with attention given to detail and precision.

Thanks again for your advice and suggestions.

There's another high-quality screwdriver on my radar as well, but one that I haven't yet invested the money in: Wiha Drive-Loc Screwdrivers.

They are interchangeable blade (like the ones I was speaking of earlier) but the length of the blade is adjustable. The blades have detents on them which allow them to be locked in place at a particular recess in the handle.

And, since it's Wiha, there are a whole bunch of blade types available, including nut drivers. Spiffy!
Great looking tool, but I didn't notice any Robertson blades. That is a poular driver up here in Canada.

Mine has never let me down, I rebuilt my whole house with this bad boy, then opened the door to get in it....

Your house must not be made of wood, then.
