Welcome to the forum. Nice introduction.

Good luck with the sale. A picture has always helped me sell something.

Thanks! I agree about the pics but can't resize them down to hit the min required. I would love to e-mail them to someone who can post them for me.

open them in paint and then resize to 50% should work as I do that all the time to my pics.

Do you have a Tankless Hot Water System? How do you like it? How much did it cost?

I have no clue whether it has a tankless hot water system. If it is an option, I doubt it has it or my dealer would have probably told me. Is there an easy way to check?

Psst! I think he's talking about your home tankless system which is in the background of one of the pix. Don't know of any hot water dispensing Vespas.

You can tell how much I know about Vespa's!!!

It is a 35,000 btu ventless heater which I never plug in since in Green Bay it takes too long to heat up my 1000sq ft garage. Jeeze...I list a Vespa for sale and a guy wants to know about my crap in the background!

Sorry i already have a yellow 150 but....

Since this post has become a home renovation topic I have had a Rinnai tankless water heater for about a year and absolutely love it. I never run out of hot water. I mean never.

Well, now that this is a topic of water heaters instead of my LX150 for sale, I feel I should add my comments....

We had a Lennox Compete Heat system until it went belly up this spring. Now we have a Triantle Tube Prestige Solo 110 boiler with a Smart 40 water tank. I had better NEVER run out of hot water for what this all cost!!
