Gah, I posted this in the other thread, but then noticed it's in the MP3 forum. I'll repost here, just in case people want to keep this thread going on the Vespa side.
It looks nice enough to me, and the chinbar looks maybe a bit sturdier than the Nolan N43 Air/Trilogy. I would not use the peak or the off-road chinbar "vent", but who cares.
What I like is that the ventilation looks very good, which is not the case in my AGV modular. I just wonder whether with those vents on top it will meet the DOT standards or will be crippled for the US like the Air. I have been considering buying an Air in Europe and just sticking a dot sticker on it, but if this makes it here, it may be worth it. Price-wise they look similar.
I have 3 HJC helmets, open, full, and modular. They fit well but are fairly poor performers by Sharp standards. Sharp seems to be the only source for helmet specific performance testing. Just a quick comparison of HJC to AGV seems to show an definite edge by AGV.
