The wife and I were coming back from a vacation in the Boundary Waters, cruising south on 61 from Grand Marais, when I saw a 400, and maybe a Burgman or Silverwing coming out of Gooseberry Falls State Park. The MP3er was wearing a hi-viz jacket.

Was it one of "us"? I tried to give a quick wave a beep of the horn, but I noticed too late and we were off.

BTW, that whole area up there, especially the Gunflint Trail, is IDEAL for two (er, three) wheel travel. I missed my bike the entire time we were up there!

I'd love to, but I don't think it's going to happen. I had a little break between my contract job and my new full time job, so we decided to take a quick vacation. New job starts next week and I'll be a traveling man (for work) for the next few. Don't think I can swing it.

I was in the Duluth area on Saturday with my 400, my brother was on a Ninja. I will say it was a great day to be riding.
