Modern Vespa

Hiya all,
My Scoot now has 650km on the clock and she is doing GREAT. I love my Vespa.!!!
I have added a few new Mods & bling to my scoot and just thought i'd share some photos of her.
She's almost finnished now, just a couple more bits of chrome and stickers to go then she's Done.

Very Cool! Your scooter looks great...

I grew up literally right on Route 66 in the state of Illinois and currently live in Albuquerque, NM which has a long history with that famous road.

In fact, I'm thinking I'll go down to the Route 66 diner and have a burger and shake tonight...(semi-original diner in a building that was rebuild after a devastating fire a couple decades ago).

It don't know what it is about the ol Route 66 but i have a real thing about it.???
Last year I was lucky enough to drive on parts of the original old road in California ( Santa Monica ) And Flagstaff AZ, But sadly it was in a car.
One of my greatest ambitions is to ride the WHOLE Route 66 on a Vespa.!!
Don't know if i'll ever get a chace to do it but it's a goal worth trying for eh.??
Hence the Theme for my Scooter. Just to keep my thoughts on track so to speak.
I've never seen any one with the Route 66 theme on thier scooters B4 so i thought it would be a good one. But I ain't gonna go over the top with the stickers etc.
Just one more sticker to go on the front leg shield and another to go on the opposite cowl.
I still have to get a rear chrome carrier and a backrest too. But they will be added real soon, then she'd finnished.

Speaking of details... where did you acquire the smoke/black headlight visor from? (I've never seen that item until now) .

There is this webby site called Jettin Industries which does all this.
Ordered mine and still waiting for it..

Note to Superblackbox:
Be patient, i'm sure it will arrive and you'll love it when it's on your scoot.

The visor i have on my scoot is the Large one, and it is fairly easy to install.
The website does have installation instructions which you could print out if needed too.

All in all, i am impressed and love it, and it adds a touch of class to an already classy Scooter.
