Was suppose to go in for first service at 1000km but due to issues at work i've not been able to go into my dealers for the service as it's not near where i live.

It's booked in for tuesday but just a quick question... Am i damaging my scoot by still riding it at 2000km without the oils been changed etc?

Well, no one can know for sure if you have done any real damage. The point of changing the lubricating oils at 1000 km is that a new engine produces fine metal particles (metal dust) as the parts "wear in". You want to change the crankcase and gearbox oil to get rid of those particles because they can cause acclerated wear to mechanical parts of your engine. So, not good but probably not a huge harm done IMO.

You could be causing damage that won't show up until you get many more kms/miles on the scooter. As Dooglas said in his post, "The point of changing the lubricating oils at 1000 km is that a new engine produces fine metal particles (metal dust) as the parts "wear in". Unless it is your only transportation, I would park it until it goes in for the fluid changes (especially the oil). Yes, it has a filter and an oil screen but a new engine can produce varying amounts of fine metal particles and to me, it wouldn't be worth screwing around with. Just my two cents.

i would go and get it done asap. but in my opinion these are pretty bullet proof so i doubt any real damage has been done. just keep up with the matiance if your are going to put lots of miles on it becouse it will turn up later if oil changes are ignored. also i change oil every 2000 miles or about 3000km becouse i find it to be pretty dirty by then just something to think about. good luck and i am sure it is fine, don't ride it too hard till then.
