Heading out tomorrow with the first stop Barcelona! I wont get any riding in, but I will take the time to scout out my next planned riding trip.

If you have the chance take in the fountain light show, it's pretty good.

Be aware that you will have to queue to get into La Sagrada Familia. Early week day is probably the best choice. Enjoy

Kevin, Does the cruise end up in Venice? Carolyn and I did that for our 30th anniversary a few years back, great trip. If I did it again I would rent a scooter on Santorini to tour the island. After leaving port I was envious of some others who had done it.

The cruise comes back to Barcelona where we will spend a couple of days. I hadn't thought of doing a tour of santarini by scooter. We already arranged our tours, but I'll keep that in mind.

I friend of mine and his Mrs's went there last year and as soon as they reached the hotel a group of 30'ish "locals" surounded them in a mock street fight, this lasted only a few seconds but all the suitcases had been stolen when the crowd had gone. Crime is very organised there and you can forget the police.
