I heard how horrible that cyclone was....are you okay? Was the area you are in affected?

Fortunately, neither the flood nor the cyclone affected me here on the northside of Brisbane. The flood was on the southside and the cyclone was in the north of the state about 1125 miles away from here. The destruction was massive and reminded me of some of the damage done by your tornadoes only on a much wider area. Mind you, you guys have been having some rather horrible weather with your blizzards.

I can shovel the snow and I still have a house to get warm in afterwards! Floods are not something I would ever want to deal with. Stay well and as they say, "Keep your powder dry!".
