Hello - I would like to get a pair of Bagsters, but need some help figuring out the right model.

I talk to CIMA and they can only see parts for a 125, 250 and 400. I asked them to look for Gilera Fuoco and they couldnt find that.

So, I need anyone's assistance in figuring out what to tell CIMA to get the correct model ordered. Part number? Whatever you got that can help me.

If someone knows a overseas online outlet, I'd be happy to try that route also. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Thanks for the feedback!

CIMA is the US dist. for Bagster, but you can't buy their products from the website. They list their models, but don't give you the menu of bike options to fit correctly.

When I call them (866.701.1601, as for Joe!), they need to look up the right model to order to fit the bike. Others had told me to ask for the Gilera Fuoco, which I did - they don't show that model. I asked for Piaggio MP3 and they have a 125, 250 or 400, but no 500. The only 500 they show was a Beverly, whatever that is.

So, I'm looking for assistance to purchase one of these things.

They other thing Joe told me - $95, plus $15 shipping, at least 4 weeks for delivery, NO RETURNS.

Think he's talking about their handle bar muffs, not bags

Stock code for Fuoco muffs is 4664A - as least it was in September 2007 when I purchased some from Bagster! It may of course have been superseded.

I was lucky enough to acquire a set of the bagster muffs from a fella in the US that did not need them... They work very well, especially with the hot hands heated grips.

Looking at the bagster website now I find nothing on these anymore. However, it appears they offer a universal set of hand muffs called Box-R. Not sure if they fit the 500. Perhaps one of the MV folks over yonder might be able to offer some insights?

The Bagster website was always really bad. Don't think I ever found the muffs on there. I do remember talking to Joe and having trouble finding the correct part. Once I quoted him the part number above he found them straight away. After that it was plain sailing and they shipped and were at my door much sooner than their estimated time. There is a thread on here somewhere where I give details about it.

Damn, almost time to put them back on again

Thanks Guys - I appreciate it very much. I'm going to call Joe this am and see what I can do. If that doesn't work, then I may go the Urbano route.

We have a BINGO! The combination of the part number (4994A) and the Fuoco reference was enough to get to the right place. I've ordered it - $120 including shipping and estimated 4 week delivery.

I did give them the fuoco reference yesterday, but it didn't take....

Thanks to everyone for their assistance!
