I'm looking for a gently used Vespa 150 LX or S.
Not too many miles,
Please let me know what you have and what your asking for it.
Had a GTS 250 but it was too heavy for me.
Thanks,

Is that to say you wouldnt consider an ET-4 f'rinstance? Just throwing it out there. (theres a real nice one for sale in SD now, not too for from this very post, perhaps you saw the ad already)

Also, everyone has a different idea of "too many miles"...maintenance makes all the difference in the world...what is your idea of "too many"?

Good luck.

To be honest I do not know anything about that model.
went to Scooterwest and saw the new 150s in the window and fell in love with it.
That one is a red and white one and just caught my eye.
I will look the other one up you told me about,
Oh and Thanks for helping I need it.

The ET-4 is the predecessor to the LX series. Essentially the same scooter, but many people prefer the rounder, more Rubinesque styling of the ET-4. Powerplant...identical.

Additionally the ET-4 has many more tire choices available since they are both front and rear a standard 10" size. The LX series has a not-so-popular 11" front which limits tire selection a lot.

Whichever floats your boat, but power, speed, and sizewise they are virtually the same.

Thanks for your help,
I'm still new to this and have need of advice from more seasoned riders.
Just sent an e mail asking her more about the scoot.
Thanks again

Hey, my buddy has a sweet 2009 Red LX150 with tan seat. It looks and drives like new and has under 2000 miles on it. I think he wants $3300.00 for it. If you are interested, give him an email at tokyocraft@mail.com

I think he tried sending you a Personal Message on this site, but you never responded, so he kinda gave up thinking you might have found one already.

Good luck!

OK thanks for letting me know.
Just sent a e mail but it was out of my price range Crying or Very sad emoticon
The right scoot is out there waiting for me and I will not give up looking.
So far I have missed the whole summer of riding and for someone who lives
in the mountains it has been tough.
Everytime I drive into town in my car and see a scooterest or motorcycle I pretend it is me.
I'm expecting grandchild # 8 and at 55 I'm not ready for a rocking chair unless it has a 150cc motor on it.
