What are the new owners of GTS's using for a top case.

Does the GT top case fit the GTS.

How about third party manufactures of top cases fot the GTS?

Thanks Solid Steel.

I found a few UK distributors offering the Shad top cases.

Do you know the website address for Shad and if they have sales outlets in the USA?

I think the company is a Spanish company.

Thanks again.

I went with the Vespa branded box. Not real cheap, but it works well and the color match is nice. I know that this site http://store.azmusa.com/givmontop.html has cases for the GT. i have heard good things about the GIVI. If I was doing it again I might save 100 bucks and go that route, Beale.

I have the Givi Top Case. I'm very impressed the E30 (30 liter) is perfect size for the ET4 and the silver color (G730) matches the scoot just fine. The price $140.77 delivered from Twisted Throttle. The E30 case is also available in matte black for $85.14 and $98.29 delivered, this is a nice alternative from the Vespa case. Sure will be nice to ride to work without the weight of my backpack.

Looks great
I think that GIVI top case in the photo goes great with the silver scooter. The two-toned colors look great with the black bottom complementing the black seat. I had a matching Vespa top case when I had a silver ET4 and I thought it looked cute, but now I'm not a fan of that little bubble case, especially for full retail price. (I bought mine for about $150 on eBay and sold it for almost what I paid for it when I sold the ET4.) It didn't have a lot of room in it and the black backrest was plastic, not like the GT top case. I only have the Vespa branded GT top case now because the seller threw it in to make the deal. ($4500 plus top case in Nov 04 to buy an 05).

I would recommend that if they don't have it in stock, DO NOT order anything from AZMotorsports! We ordered the Givi box and the rear carrier for her Metropolitan from them. The Givi came in 5 days, but I've been told "next week" about every two weeks since Ocotber 8 on the carrier. Plus they charged my Visa the day I ordered. It took three phone calls and six emails before they would even reply to me. It wasn't until I threatened to get Visa involved before I got my first "next week"... Yes, Metropolitan rear carriers have had spotty availability, but other vendors have them, and that's no reason to ignore a customer.

Hey Smorris, thanks for the warning. I have never ordered from them just did a search for the Givi cases. Glad to know in advance that they have issues. I know I hate dealing with stuff like that.

The Givi case should be able to be ordered from many sites. Good luck with your search. The Shad cases also look nice, Beale.

^^^^ That seems to be where several of the Met riders over on Urban Scootin' got theirs, and claimed great service. I just couldn't think of the name of the place in my rant above. Thanks.
