Sorry for failing to introduce myself in my first post. I'm not familiar with these forums. I've been riding bikes for quite a while, since around 1970. My current ride is a 1981 Suzuki GS850. Bought it new and rebuilt it a couple of years ago. I've rebuilt a couple of Suzuki GSs from the frame up, an 82 650L with a bent frame and an 81 750L for my wife which sat in the weeds for a couple of years. A few years ago, my daughter called me and said she had a project for me. Her mother picked up a Vespa scooter for her and thought I might like to "fix" it up for her. We went to pick it up and when I saw it I thought to myself, "Great, How in hell am I going to find parts to fix this thing?". Well, once I started doing a little digging, I found out there is a whole lot of parts and info around about these scooters.
