P200 Warped cylinder head? I rode home from work, hung out for 30 or 45 minutes and decided, "Hmmm maybe my head nuts need tightening", so I tightened them. The engine was still warm, but not too hot to touch. I know you should do it when the engine is cool. I wasn't thinking. Did I screw up?
