Whilst riding it has bounced out and we have lost barrell and keys when he got home he explained
What had happened and we couldn't turn of bike so pulled out spark plug dumb or what I know cause now mobilizer has cut in
!! We have sent it 2 3 shops no one can help pze any ideas I have log book any thing u need 2 c 2 prove not stolen help plze thanks

If you have every document relating to the purchase including the V5 slip, then I don't see why a Vespa dealer can't help. You'll have to use a Vespa dealer if it is an immobiliser issue.

If you have a non-transponder scooter then keys/locks can be purchased at your nearest dealer. Need more information. When you say the cylinder came out, was the lock removed prior? The cylinder has a retainer so it's difficult to comprehend how that happened, unless someone installed it incorrectly. Cheers
