Hi all,

Without getting into a debate about prices and what some folk charge.

I thought i would be cool to help out your fellow scooterist by listing what you need and what you have.

Not a For Sale post, more like an exchange or pass it on, goodwill style.

For many of us, completing a project might be beyond our financial reach.

Trying to buy that so called "rare part" and just to have your scooter sitting for years could be avoided, you never know?

We collectively can do more.

Agree. All I have right now is a darker red 8 inch spare tire cover. Says Vespa. Not a needed item, but maybe someone could use it?

Also have some funny fake whitwall "covers" that came with the VBB. 80's item. Good for those days when you want whitwalls, removeable when you don't.

Have a set of P turn signal lens cover....clear good shape.

wish i could help and i do want to help but i never ever can send stuff more then envelope size due to my own thin pocket and several have failed to reach its final destination.. i hate overseas shipping but this is sure does a great idea

Have a 100 Sport Headset, and mostly decent set of turn signals. Also an Ancilotti type seat fits both small and largeframe, looks better on LF. An HP4 flywheel. a Rally 200 front dampener in need of rebuild.

Need a smallie 4-speed tranny, a smallie rear hub, trim and horn and headlight bezel for an SS180, seat frame for an SS180. etc.

I've got some 6v electrical stuff: stator, condensor, even a regulator (that was expensive), and numerous 6v 5w and 10w bulbs just hanging around.

If someone's doing an electrical job I could send the lot...

Only thing I'm really looking for is an old 10" tire on a rim to use as an emergency spare since I'm on tubeless rims...

i do think this is a top idea but with the spread of members it could work out cheaper to just go buy ..... ive sent stuff by post to people in england ... some at my cost some at theirs .... not really ever sold anything scooter related ... either given it away or swapped ..... after the help i had in collecting the parts to build my bitza i like to give back

Swapping my 20/20 carb for a 24mm and I'm having a lot of trouble finding a autolube cog (top one inside airbox) for 200cc. If anyone's got one of those I could swap it for the 20/20 carb...

Phaetn, I have got an old tyre, but not sure it'd be economical to ship to Canada... probably not economical to even ship to another part of London TBH...

i have a pair of almost new [about 5 miles] hutchinson tyres if anyone wants to risk some gravel rash .... they might look nice if you whiten the letters

and ive got a hutchinson aswell so that makes a set

couple extra beat up rims (1 rusty but worthy, the other dubious.)
6V stator off a VMA2T
Flywheel VMA2T
3 of the 4 floorboard rails for a smallie (2 new , 1 is OS and well worn but usable)

**1 mud guard smallie (new) I can't give that away... but I'll sell it for chicken scratch.

VNA, VNB, VBB etc flywheel shrouds, cylinder head covers.

Once my friend and I finish building our few bikes, I'll post the leftovers up here.

just try that idea on the vintage harley or flat twin bmw tech sites...they'd be laughing for 3 days staright! i've owned vintage r-series bmw's, vintage harley's, and vintage honda's, but it wasn't until in owned a vnb 1961 vespa and discovered this site that i found out how close a motorcycle owners group can "really" be!

Er...I'm too much of a noob to have any parts laying around. But great idear, jimh!

I have sent several parts off today to members. This just makes me chuffed knowing that folk will be able to get rolling. I have also spoke with a few members over the phone too. Certainly helps validate getting folk what they need.

I've got a good 10" rim for ya. Yours for the postage... but it is orange!

most of my good old stuff is gone. I have some repop P headlights and some steering column locks.

I also have three good but rusty PX 150 crank shafts. Free to whoever wants to pay shipping and clean them up!

If anyone has a rim and/or tire laying around, let me know! I don't have a spare for my p200e.

Got: a clean and straight P200 glove box and door no lock primmer black for trade (what do ya got)

Prima P200 stainless expansion chamber with like 4 hrs on it (not free but make a trade offer sits to low and drags ass on the rally)

When I finish my P project, I will list the left overs. Waiting for body work to be done, I have been over buying....

Got the clutch side of a ET3 case, been tryn to gather parts for it but V90 stuff is a lot easier to find!

i have a full t5 engine in bits with a 28mm spaco carb and fuel pump ... needs rebuilding with new seals n the rest ........ swap for a full px frame with v5 ... youll have to come here

i'll give u full frame px and even excel (T5 frame) 2 frame for a single engine but u have to pay for the shipping.. i dont have money but frame is tons here and it goes for u all friends body part are anywhere especially p series (genuine piaggio licensed) if only shipping isnt a issue for me

now we need someone who travels around alot ... with a very big suitcase

I've a chrome bar thing for passengers feet for lx and ets I think (I think it dangerous, I bruised my calfs well enough). You'd pay mail I'd need a tube or box to fit. It's a chrome foot rest by Faco now sells for $90 I bought 18 months ago on sale for less. I have a 30" inseam someone taller (wider stance) might be better.

I have benefited from several gimme's from friendly forum folks.

I don't have much to offer or that I need right now.

I have a 15" x 20 " x 34" box of nos muffler bearings, if anyone is replaceing theres anytime soon $11.43 per set .

oh yeah they only fit a 1974 vespa super. probably why i have so may of them.

being that im in one of the most isolated places distancewise from just about everyone i dont really have much to offer. considering shipping. but i can offer free tours of the island by vespa. cant beat that. bring a few parts i need for my other scoot(s) and we can take the island by storm!

My next project and needs:

P125x- Mech rebuild without any cosmetics, will do it in June...

Needs:
Taillight - non-US, any euro or aftermarket..
Cheap working used CDI - for cdi conversion, have stator..
12v A/C Flasher - this is the flasher from a non-battery scoot, small enough to ship from overseas , sell me 2!
Used cheapo pipe - Polini Simonini etc
Any locks/locksets - all were drilled/broken

I have a bit of left over/ rebuild stuff I have to go through. P/ Rally. The biggest thing I think is a like new Dell'O 20/20 carb. (trade)? I will go through the boxes this week.
Any bug eyes out there?

i think i have rear light for euro p series and about the flasher is it the one with 2 feet instead of 3 (i only know flasher for battery) but still i think i can find one or two, about the cdi i got a friend that tell me he have a used piaggio genuine one awaiting to be swap with my other parts will let u know soon

I only really have ET4 items from my pre nsm days. Instrument/speedo unit, flywheel plate and holding tool with rollers, main stand. Altough, I do have a "chrome" mudguard bumper for a px125.

I'm looking for a 24/24e carb for a px125.

3 out of 4 of my Rally turn signals are broken. If you have them I could use them and the posts too.

Anyone have a front axle for a Sprint? I am trying to convert an Allstate to a 10".
