I'm looking for a 1mm BGM 177/187 head spacer in the USA.
Anyone holding?

I thought I ordered a 1mm from ScooterCenter. Apparently I ordered a 2mm. 😢

Cheers.

I now find myself in need of a piece of unobtainable wiring.

Does anyone have a Mk1 T5 speedo loom?

The part that goes from the speedo to the main loom.

Noone makes a replacement one that i am aware of and locating one is proving to be almost impossible for me

....or if you still have the connectors that plug into the speedo, you can make the rest yourself. You need wires, the bullet terminals (SCK has those), the connectors the bullet terminals plug into (common Piaggio fare, also SCK), and the terminals on the speedo side, which are "standard" automotive terminals. Those could be more tricky to find, but I believe I saw them on an automotive site before, either AES or Classicautoelec most likely.

Regarding the specific speedo connectors, I'd be surprised if they weren't shared with some other model in the Piaggio/Cagiva/Aprilia/Moto Guzzi/Gilera models lineup at the time. Maybe the PK with the cosa-shaped headset, or the cosa model itself? With some internet sleuthing, there might be a way to gather all the new parts necessary to make a brand-new loom.

Does any one have a PIAGGIO choke cotter pin? Dunno if the VNB type is different from later versions. If so I need a VNB one.

The new fangled type that I have doesn't work at all. I spins out of place then I gotta hold the choke knob open while I kick start. Not ideal.
This type doesn't work. Just spins out of place after a couple of pulls.

Hahaa....i can feel that pain. However, I figured out a dead simple way to install them (at least mine anyway). I slide it over the tube and in the slot, keeping the handle/tab part of it facing upwards. Then simply rotate it in place in the direction that places the bigger loop end to be on the top. It snaps right in to place every time with almost no effort. I've tried it the other way around too but it doesn't work that way. If you are trying to put the smaller end on top, it will never snap on.
