caschnd1 - I love you......if I was a woman I would have your babies! Just installed my new floorboard which meant removing the kick panel. All was going well until the final part of reassembly when I heard a "ping" and some alien looking spring fell at my feet. I did not have a clue where it had come from and it wasn't until I tried the glove box latch that I figured out that it must be the returner spring. Cue lots of head scratching over how to fit it back, a consultation of the manual yielded nothing, alll I had to do was google "et4 glove box latch" and voila.....your wiki was top of the list! Ten minutes later it is all back together! Muchos Kudos coming your way pal!

This is a very helpful article however I'm still having some issues. Specifically fitting the portion of the glove box latch within the ingnition barrel while reassembling. Did you cut the top of the metal latch that fits within the ignition barrel? (I attached a photo to show what I mean)
