hi yes i had a measure up looks like it is 140mm but i had a thought you say you are using a 4 stroke engine, as the typhoon wheel is for a two stroke i think the offset maybe to much and the wheel will not be in line

I am not sure what you mean by runoff? Are you thinking the wheels will not be in alignment due to depth of hub?

i guys read this feed a few times while building my scoot. i managed to fit a 100cc scoot rad behind the horncast aided with a 12v fan to force any air that enters the horn through it it happily runs at 70-80 degrees c and goes well enough.
