what confuse me is that the international forum can accept my though alongside my cheapo restoration and my interense in a rat bike as Indo best favour bike on a rally.. but the local folks itself think i was went extreme and couldnt accept that.. now since that matter guess i should just always focus in modernvespa especially the not so modern folks.. many thanks guys
You know what I'd say to them KB?
And that translates well in any language.

Today I....... made a small trolley to help move by Bajaj around my small garage. Space is a bit limited, so it helps me to move it around without taking it off the stand.

Just some swivel castors and scrap wood.

Yes, the glovebox that offers so much more than just a box for gloves. My 3 month old boy would probably fit nice and snug When wifey isn't looking maybe try it just to get a photo.

I have a vespa 150 super engine in mine, so hopefully the spare won't be necessary.

But it's only done about 50km since my amateur rebuild so it's still early days..........

multitasking, Ebeth!
plus waiting for parts... you never been there? And I have a personality disorder that often has me jumping from idea to idea . Actually got projects on 4 scoots going now.

The Primmy has been leaking under the cylinder after previous, novice reassembly (used old gasket, oops) and I wanted to look at ports to check matching and do a stainless pilot ring for the exhaust if indicated(too much slop ).Need to replace clutch as well & bought Travis' nice kit that he decided to upgrade. Maybe a few other lil' things...

Stuck a brand new Indian PK125 motor(eBay, CHEAP!!!) in there while I work on the original one. Want to test & break it in before I haul it to Greece to put in my trash can find smallie, yeeeeehaH! Had to make a conversion for the single cable shifter - works just fine but throw is way long & I get to rotate handle thru about 120 degrees to find all 4 gears. Just finished today.

The Stella, just finished LEDs for ALL lites, including headlite(just 'OK' to be seen, not so much for any speed) and am adding two yellow spotlites for speed. Oh yeah, gonna drill her heart out too .

VNB in primer, all parts cleaned/refurbished, motor runs great, waiting for parts. A little painting done nearly every day. Not the best weather for that, ask Bitsa.

Rally in pieces almost ready to reassemble, a dozen 'little' chores to do first. Worst, cleaning this. Something alien growing on there?

Fitted my PM Tuning PM56 to my ET4.

Bloody hell, that's loud compared to my previous Gianelli Freedom. I may be imagining it but acceleration is a bit better. Looks really nice when fitted. Just considering whether to put PJ1 VHT paint on the header pipe and then wrap it or just leave it be?

Today...
...I went for a ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway, mostly. Did about 240 miles from my house in Elk Park to Cumberland Knob N.C. and back again.
The parkway was closed northbound where it crosses NC 21, so I had to do a little diversion through the town of Sparta NC. and then onto 18 north to Cumberland Knob.
If you have never travelled on the Blue Ridge Parkway make sure to give it a try. The speed limit on the Parkway itself is only 45 so even 125cc scooters are not holding anyone up. Plus its a scenic route, ergo no one should really be in a hurry to pass you. Also there are no commercial vehicles allowed on this road, so you only have to deal with passenger vehicles. There are a million scenic pull-offs, for those of us who are camera happy, with truly gorgeous views. Lots of curvy stuff too for you to practice your counter-steering technique.
Anyway the reason for the ride was to see if "Sophia" could handle running wide open all day long. She did well, the only problem was restarting after stopping to gas up. I had to change the spark plug in order to get going again!
All I can say after 5 hours of uphill and downhill riding is.....My Butt Hurts
My scooter needs a new seat.
I hope everyone else enjoyed this brilliant spring day.

Sir Paul.
