Is a T5 the only scooter that you have ever owned / ridden?

Had a 200 with a polini and one with a malossi. Wanted a T5 for years though. Found one with a solid frame last year and had to have it. Really fun little bikes

A 1946 V98 (the 1st Vespa model for sale) The owner had all the parts and All the original accessories that were available for the bike... It's like a whole new level of rare for some of this stuff..
That's really cool. When do we get to see some more pics, or did I miss that post?

Supposedly made on the 40s but no idea what it is really.

Gonna tear it down and get it stripped/painted.

can't ever unrepaint it

if you feel like you have to renew something*, maybe just the rims for now? Eyelashes emoticon
loverubs for the rest.

Popcorn emoticon

* I'd maybe set those aside & just find another set of already clean rims of your choice.

Went to Maxwell's to see the Condo Fucks' last show there, which was fucking loud and also fucking heartbreaking.

External inline image provided by member with no explanatory text

Then installed a new (retro) cassette deck in the Winnebago.

External inline image provided by member with no explanatory text

Then went on a longish ride to sort out jetting issues. I went from a 130 down to a 128 to try to get rid of some four-stroking, but was a little hesitant on some hills, though the CHT temp stayed under 300. So gonna go back to a 130 and look at the timing again.

Just went to see Man of Steel w/ my son.. I bought the tickets in advance (select your own seats) and I didn't realize I picked the 3D showing... Damn I have a headache! 3D still sucks, isn't necessary and the glasses (with a battery built in) are heavy and cut into the bridge of my nose! Facepalm emoticon Not really sure what I thought of the movie as I was wincing and adjusting my goggles the whole time! Razz emoticon

Oh then found this guy in Mom's trash can! See Ginch! we've got slkiller spiders too!

I could take your spider and raise you a drop-bear... but I think we covered that!

I'm blind in one eye so the 3d movies do nothing for me either.

Agh! I hate Black Widows. When I lived in New Mexico I had a shed full of those fuckers. Bug-bombed the hell out of em, and all I had was a shed full of high spiders. Tough little buggers. And Ginch, I could never live in Australia, with all the things that could kill you down there.

Black widow????!!!!! It won't hurt you just to hurt you. Well that's how I feel anyways. I pick shit up all the time in my backyard. My father in law hates that I don't check under whatever I put my hands in.. Example: me and him lifted a workbench that sat for a couple months accumulating bugs and webs and all that other stuff. He dropped his end as a spider crawled up my arm. Lol

To you other fathers out there, Happy fathers day. All I know is Vader, jimmy, and astro.

It's all relative. Spiders and snakes don't worry me but I'd shit my pants if I came face to face with a Grizzly. I must admit though, I often think of sharks when I'm surfing but not when I'm diving. It's what you can't see that's scary. And Dropbears are terrifying.

Happy Father's Day to all of you

Mine was awesome I rode with a few scooters out to a classic bike show, about 120 round trip. They had a scooter class and lots of great old Italian and Japanese bikes. The kids and wife followed out later on and we ended the day with a BBQ with my Gramps, Aunt, and Uncle. Rode home into a magnificent setting sun it was sweet.

Pops
Today I...

Rode my scoot in the rain 20 miles to visit my father for the first time in 2 years. Suprise, suprise! The sun came out and dried up all the rain drops... My little half brother and sister stopped by, had not seen them in even longer. We cooked out, played disc golf, and caught up on one anothers' lives. Sister and Brother dipped out, played some Counter Strike GO with my pops and listened to some Primus on the JBL speakers he had since he was 10 years old. My family kicks ass. Just took some time away to realize it. Took an alternate route back home with tons of fun turns. Plan on getting some footage the next time I go to see my pops.

I was just joshing. A mate of mine's first scooter was a navy blue ET3. Got it in 1982 in mint condition (S reg) and ended up cutting it down and painting it in gold Hammerite. Competition crank and a big open carb from a motorbike. It pulled. Lots of petrol on the leg too.
I have owned an ETS and a T5 in the past. Got quite a bit of stick for the ETS at the time. I liked it though.
